**NotaryPing App – Terms and Conditions**

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NotaryPing app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

2. Preorders

2.1. **Preorder Payments**: When you place a preorder for services offered through the App,
you agree to pay the specified amount in advance.

2.2. **Non-Refundable**: All preorders are non-refundable. In the event that you cancel a
preorder or fail to use the services for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.

3. Service Use

3.1. **User Responsibilities**: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2. **Account Termination**: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our
discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent or
inappropriate behavior on the App.

4. Arbitration

5.2. **Limitation of Liability**: In no event shall NotaryPing, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotaryPing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. **Severability**: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.2. **Entire Agreement**: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NotaryPing with respect to the use of the App.
